Welcome to GlideDM. By accessing or using our platform at glidedm.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GlideDM, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you use GlideDM on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

GlideDM is an Instagram Direct Message automation platform that allows businesses and creators to automatically respond to comments, story replies, and other interactions on Instagram through Meta's official Graph API. Our Service includes:

  • Automated DM responses triggered by user interactions
  • Visual flow builder for creating message sequences
  • Contact management and lead capture
  • Analytics and performance tracking
  • Live chat inbox for manual conversations

3. Account Requirements

To use GlideDM, you must:

  • Have an Instagram Business or Creator account
  • Have a Facebook Page connected to your Instagram account
  • Authorize GlideDM through Meta's official OAuth flow
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GlideDM to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content that violates Instagram's policies
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or deceptive content
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Circumvent Instagram's rate limits or messaging windows
  • Impersonate other individuals or businesses
  • Collect personal data without proper consent

5. Instagram & Meta Compliance

GlideDM operates through Meta's official Instagram Graph API. You acknowledge that:

  • Your use is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use
  • Instagram may modify, restrict, or disable API access at any time
  • Message delivery is subject to Instagram's 24-hour messaging window policy
  • Rate limits of 200 messages per hour per account are enforced by Instagram
  • GlideDM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Subscription & Billing

GlideDM offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You agree that:

  • Payments are processed through our payment provider (Stripe)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you haven't exceeded 100 messages sent
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice
  • Downgrading may result in loss of access to premium features

7. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your contacts before collecting their personal data through DM automation. You retain ownership of your content and contact data.

8. Intellectual Property

GlideDM and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GlideDM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

GlideDM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by Meta/Instagram. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
